Basic Services
NTC provides the following basic services:
- One delivery per week.
- Next day delivery when orders are received on time (with the possible exception of holiday weeks)
- Ordering via Telxon.
- Ordering via the Web coming soon!
- Ordering via sales rep.
- Ordering via Electronic data exchange.
- EDI – electronic exchange of price book information, orders and
invoices via NTC proprietary formats with interface to most back end
store systems.
- On time deliveries. Deliveries made within a one hour window of
normal delivery schedule.
- Single pick and case pick ordering.
- 800 number for ordering and customer service.
- Order guides based on customer purchases with 12 weeks order cycle.
- Custom invoice summary groupings.
- Custom retail pricing.
- Velocity reports available on request or via EDI (or coming soon
via the web).
- Retail allowances. Manufacturers’ retail allowances are given
off invoice, when applicable.
- Category management and support.
- Product credit. Credit on most products will be issued based on
manufacturer’s credit to NTC.
- Product authorization lists by store for EDI Customers with
multiple stores.
- Store reset. Store resets and tagging provided free of charge twice
per year, upon request.
- Shelf Tags. Shelf tags, bar coded with or without price, available
upon request.
- Rebate programs. We make available all manufacturers rebate
programs and provide purchase reports to assist you in obtaining your
rebate money.
- Sales promotions. Monthly sales promotions to assist you in
maximizing your sales and profits.
