About Us
NTC is a mid-sized family-owned distribution company intimately
familiar with building, owning and operating C-Stores, having owned one
for 10 years.
NTC’s customer base consists largely of family owned C-Stores, Liquor
Stores, Smoke Shops and Casinos.
NTC, which did business for many years as National Tobacco Company,
was organized as a Wisconsin corporation in 1969. Ownership changed in
1986 and again in 1994 when the present owners, Robert and Ann Schoenke,
acquired the company. In November 1995 NTC acquired the assets of Badger
Tobacco. At that time the name of the company was changed to NTC of
Wisconsin, Inc. to reflect an increasing diversity of products and
services. In May 1998 NTC acquired the account base of Peter C. Beck.
